I heard so many good things about Bove's, so I decided to try it for myself. I thought that the food was unimaginative and the sauce was very plain. I love manicotti and they only offer it one day a week. I think that it is important for a a classic Italian restaurant, that Bove's claims to be, to offer basic Italian dishes more often. Anyone can throw your choice of pasta on a plate with sauce and call it "Magnifique" and you don't have to endure the bad atmosphere of Bove's.
